02Fitment review
We review diameter, width, offset, PCD, center bore, brake clearance and suspension requirements.
03Design direction
Spoke layout, concavity, lip depth, construction and finish are developed as one specification.
04Forged blank & construction
The approved design starts from the correct forged aluminum blank and construction program.
05CNC machining
Precision machining creates the wheel profile, mounting details and design geometry.
06Surface finishing
The wheel receives its approved color, texture, polish and hardware treatment.
07Inspection & packing
Fitment details, finish and final condition are checked before the completed set is packed for delivery.
